Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Hello! We allow cancellations for unshipped orders. If there is a problem, please contact us quickly. However, once the order is shipped and in the hands of a carrier, we cannot alter/cancel the order.

Please ensure your address and desired product(s) are correct before hitting submit. Thank you.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunatley, we only ship within the United States. If you have a special bulk inquiry, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, at this time we are not shipping consumer orders out of the country.

How about the U.S. territories?

Yes! We ship to Alaska and Hawai'i, as well as all of the U.S. territories. This includes our free shipping for orders over $25.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Packages are shipped through UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or the joint USPS/UPS SurePost program. We don't ship with FedEx.

Please note packages are susceptible to delays and can sometimes be lost. If you notice something strange with your order, please reach out to us and we will help you out. Thank you.

When will you ship my order?

We ship 6 days a week! Monday through Saturday. If your order is placed before 1pm MST, it will go out the same day.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unsmoked/unused, and include all the original packaging. Message us below to start a return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
